Plrbyte (“Plrbyte,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website plrbyte.com and related subdomains (collectively, the “Site”) and provides digital products, memberships, and services (the “Services”). Questions? support@plrbyte.com.
By using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
Quick definitions
- Account – your login to access purchases or features.
- Content – everything on the Site (text, images, code, downloads).
- Products – digital items sold by Plrbyte (e.g., ebooks, templates, courses), including any bundles or memberships (e.g., “Master Library”).
- User / you – anyone visiting or using the Site.
- Consumer – a user acting outside trade/profession.
Using Plrbyte
- You must be 18+ to create an account or purchase.
- Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access: support@plrbyte.com.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, abuse systems, or put users at risk. Suspension/closure doesn’t waive amounts you already owe.
Intellectual property
Plrbyte (and licensors) own the Site and its Content. Unless we expressly allow it, you may not copy, resell, share, mirror, scrape, or create derivative works of the Site or Content beyond what’s necessary to use purchased Products under the license granted to you (see “Licensing” or the Private Label Rights page).
If we’ve clearly marked specific assets as downloadable for personal use, you may download and keep them for that purpose with all copyright notices intact.
Acceptable use (don’t do this)
- Break the law, harass, defame, threaten, or post illegal/obscene content.
- Probe or attack our infrastructure, upload malware, or bypass security.
- Spam, scrape, mine, or mass-harvest data from the Site.
- Pretend to be Plrbyte or imply endorsement without permission.
- Use automated accounts/bots or sell your account access.
We can take any lawful action to protect users and our platform, including notifying authorities.
Purchasing, pricing, and coupons
- Prices, features, and availability can change at any time.
- Taxes may apply and will be shown at checkout where possible.
- Coupons are single-use unless stated, can’t be combined, and expire as published. If a coupon is misused or abused, we can cancel orders and/or accounts.
Payments
- We use third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We don’t store full card details.
- If a payment fails or is reversed, we’re not obligated to deliver the Product. Fees from failed payments are your responsibility.
Delivery
- Digital products are delivered via download links or account access.
- You’re responsible for having compatible devices/software to open files.
- Access to downloads may be time-limited for security/abuse prevention.
Subscriptions, lifetime access, and renewals
- If you buy a subscription, it renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date in your account or by emailing support.
- “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product or library offering, not your lifetime. If we discontinue a product within 3 months of your first purchase, we’ll refund you. Otherwise, we may end support/updates at our discretion while honoring access to what you purchased where feasible.
Licensing & Master Library rules (summary)
Licensing terms for PLR (Private Label Rights) are summarized here and detailed on the Private Label Rights page (which is part of these Terms). For Master Library purchases:
- 30-day money-back guarantee (see “Refunds”).
- Downloading more than 20 items within the 30-day window or redeeming included third-party deals/credits/perks may void the refund (excess usage/benefit rule).
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Master Library and most digital purchases unless clearly marked “non-refundable” at checkout. To request a refund, email support@plrbyte.com from your purchase email with your order ID.
We may decline refunds if:
- You downloaded >20 items within the first 30 days, or
- You redeemed included deals/credits/perks/bonuses, or
- There’s clear abuse or fraudulent activity.
Third-party links & tools
We sometimes link to or embed third-party tools or offers. They’re outside our control; their terms and privacy policies apply.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Plrbyte isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, data loss, loss of profits, or similar, and our total liability for any claim won’t exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law (e.g., fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
Indemnity
You’ll defend and hold Plrbyte harmless from third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Site/Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of laws/rights.
Changes
We can update these Terms at any time. We’ll post the new version and update the date. If changes are material, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use means you accept the changes.
