These terms govern participation in the Plrbyte Partner Program (“Program”). By joining, you agree to them.
How it works
- Earn 25% commission on qualified sales attributed to your affiliate link.
- Cookie window: 60 days.
- Payouts: processed monthly (on or around the 30th), for the prior month.
- Methods: PayPal or Wise (you’re responsible for accurate payment details and any fees).
- Dashboard: real-time clicks, orders, and commissions (subject to reconciliation).
Ground rules
- No self-referrals.
- No impersonation. Don’t present yourself as Plrbyte staff or claim official endorsement.
- No hijacking ads. Don’t bid on Plrbyte brand/domain terms or run confusing ads that compete with our ads.
- No spam or deception. No fake discounts, cookie stuffing, or misleading promises.
- Comply with laws & platforms. Follow FTC/ASA disclosure rules and ad-network policies.
We may reject or terminate accounts that break the rules. Commissions from prohibited activity may be voided.
Qualified referrals & reversals
A “qualified referral” is a tracked purchase by a new or eligible customer within the cookie window that isn’t refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise disqualified. We reserve the right to adjust or reverse commissions for cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, policy violations, or billing issues.
Taxes
You’re responsible for reporting and paying your own taxes. We don’t provide tax advice.
Changes & termination
We can update Program terms, rates, or eligibility criteria at any time. We’ll post updates and, where material, we’ll notify you. If you continue participating, you accept the updates. We can end the Program or your participation at any time for any reason. You can leave anytime by emailing support@plrbyte.com.
