Private Label Rights (PLR) License

Last updated: October 30, 2025

These terms apply to Plrbyte products labeled as Private Label Rights (PLR). They supplement the Terms & Conditions. If there’s a conflict, this PLR License controls how you can use PLR content.

What you can do

You’re granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PLR content as follows, for your own business:

  • Edit and rebrand: rewrite, add, remove, combine, translate.
  • Sell or give away: as stand-alone or bundled products, courses, memberships, bonuses, lead magnets.
  • Publish: on your websites, blogs, newsletters, social channels, podcasts, videos, webinars.
  • Use commercially: with your pricing and your branding.
  • Keep 100% of your revenue from your sales.

What you cannot do

  • No resale of rights: you may not sell, license, or transfer PLR, Resell Rights (RR), or Master Resell Rights (MRR) to your buyers. Your customers get end-user rights only.
  • No Master Library cloning: you may not resell the Master Library as a whole, recreate its concept, or market a substantially similar “Plrbyte library” product.
  • No public repository: don’t upload raw PLR files to public drives or marketplaces for others to download freely.
  • No platform abuse: don’t misrepresent authorship for illegal or deceptive purposes, and don’t use the content in ways that violate third-party platform rules (e.g., Kindle direct publishing restrictions).

Attribution & responsibility

You’re responsible for ensuring content is accurate for your audience and compliant with law and platform policies after you edit/brand it. We don’t provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Per-product extras

Some products may include additional terms (e.g., image licensing limits). If a product page lists extra rules, those control for that product.

Termination

If you breach this license, your PLR license terminates automatically. We may pursue legal remedies and revoke access. Upon termination, stop using the PLR content and destroy copies not incorporated into your branded works.
